Well happy summer so far!

Good weather & a steady real-estate market are always a nice treat. As usual, our real-estate trend dropped a bit this past month. Common for the summer vacation time of year.

I do expect the Fall to pick - as usual. Buyers & Sellers that want to make some house changes before the Christmas holidays tend to do so in the September to November months.
