Welcome to Spring 2010…

Looks like we are starting the year with some serious motivation to beat those winter blues! The Real Estate Market is strong and showing no sign of a slow down. I still think we will see a very stabile market this year, but given last month’s numbers, we may be pleasantly surprised to see a steady incline in sales and prices.
