July 2010 Hello there! Well, I am sure a few of you have heard the buzz on the streets of Calgary…real-estate in Calgary is steady with a little higher increase of listings. Turning things into a Summer Buyer’s Market! This is a little bit of a seasonal trend – many folks are enjoying their summer or taking vacations, there tends to be a little dip during the summer months.
