January 2010 Happy New Year! All the health, wealth & happiness for 2010 everyone! What a holiday season it was – cold weather & lots of shopping! At least on the real-estate front….seems like we are hearing that the economy is stabilizing! Good way to be. Saving pennies & shopping when you are organized & ready seems like the way to go. Great lending rates…still…even if they do go up a bit, seems like a healthy start to 2010. Calgary’s real-estate market has shown strength in 2009…we beat 2006 numbers & if we keep the stability like we did last year…we might even gain strength on 2007 & 2008 statistics.
